Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä (/ʤūː/ /jʌ̂bɜː/ [honest] [noise]) is a subtropical Small City located in the Gīmōthyǎvy Region of the Goblin Tribes.

The name Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä was founded by Snocthè Zêlëi Tsêd, who was culturaly Goblin.

Climate

Overview

Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the late 11th century, by Snocthè Zêlëi Tsêd. The establishment of Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Snocthè Zêlëi Tsêd struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä as a prison colony.

Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä is buildings folow an organic layout of broad cobblestone streets whihch gives the city a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The city has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä's brittle defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.

Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä’s streets. The city is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Cultural Notes

Vīnâ Yûbr Ni̋ēkēä's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
